2. What this site is for
This site presents a development under construction and lets you leave your details. Nothing is sold here: there are no payments, no online reservations, and filling in the form creates no obligation for you or for us.
3. What the images and figures are worth
The three dimensional images on this site are illustrative representations, made from the project drawings, and have no contractual value. Areas, finishes, materials and landscaping may change during construction.
The technical figures published are those of the project submitted to the Town Hall and may change before approval and during the works.
What binds the parties is what is written in the promissory contract and the deed, with the documents attached to them. If anything on this site does not match those documents, the documents prevail.
4. Content
The text, images, plans, videos and brand on this site belong to Futuro Recente or to those who licensed them to it. You may view them and share the pages. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
The location map uses OpenStreetMap data, made available by its contributors under the Open Database License.
5. Use
Please use the form for what it is for. Do not send unlawful or offensive content, or another person's details without their permission.
We do what we can to keep the site available and the information correct, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, and there may be slips. If you find an error, we would be grateful if you told us.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to other sites, such as Futuro Recente's own and Google's map. We do not control the content or the privacy practices of those sites, and responsibility for them lies with whoever operates them.
7. Personal data
How we handle the details you leave us is explained in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Governing law
Portuguese law applies. The courts of the Faro district have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the rights the law gives consumers, including the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of the page, and that is the version that applies from the moment it appears here.
